Jay Lewitt, Candidate for LVMWD, Announces Endorsements

Senator Fran Pavley is joined by seven former Agoura Hills mayors.

Agoura Hills resident Jay Lewitt, candidate for Division 5 Director of Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is pleased to announce that State Senator Fran Pavley has lent her endorsement to his campaign.

Senator Pavley is joined by former Agoura Hills mayors Ed Corridori, Jack Koenig, Louise Rishoff, Darlene McBane, Jeff Reinhardt, Dan Kuperberg and Joan Yacovone.

Jay Lewitt said, “It’s an honor to have respected community leaders endorse my efforts to join the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District Board of Directors. I have been attending Board meetings and it’s clear, our region’s water future is at a critical place in time that calls for clear thinking, careful analysis and teamwork by the board. I am also greatly honored to have the endorsements of current board members Glen Peterson, Lee Renger and board president Charles Caspary.”

Lewitt has also been endorsed by leaders of prominent homeowner associations, past and present members of the city’s Planning Commission, business leaders, members of the religious community and a host of homeowners he has met while campaigning door-to-door.
