Internationally acclaimed artist and sculptor Steve Posson will unveil his six-foot bronze piece, “Flying Mile,” at 1 p.m. at World Class Motoring. Festivities are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

An afternoon slide show of rare 1970's plans and photographs with Oak Park master planner/architect/environmentalist Richard W. Smith takes place at 4:30 p.m. at 899 Kanan Rd, Oak Park.

Check out the funky, disco-era band performing at 10:30 p.m. Tickets are $19.50.

5. Karaoke at the Alamo

Every Friday night at 10 p.m., this transform into a stage for wanna-be rockers and rappers. The night is hosted every Friday by Dee Jay Rainbow.
