“We are a group fitness studio with HIIT-style classes where the goal is to show you how to Connect Your Movements,” Birnam said in a statement announcing the gym’s planned opening.
“We aim to maximize every minute of your workout with our signature 3-part class emphasizing Flow, Strength, and Cardio. With a pick-your-spot model and no sharing of equipment, we aim to provide safe and fun fitness for all!”
