Green City Initiative Holds Second Public Workshop
Aliso Viejo's director of planning services, Albert Armijo, discusses the Feb. 3 public workshop.

Aliso Viejo is moving forward with its Green City Initiative plans, conducting a second public workshop, which took place Feb. 3. Albert Armijo, director of planning services for the city, gives an update on workshop.
"Thursday night's Green City Initiative public workshop No. 2 was lively. City planning staff updated the attendees about initiative progress, and representatives from Southern California Edison, Sempra and Moulton-Niguel Water District made presentations about conservation measures and incentives. Those attending from the public had many questions and comments about the initiative. The next public workshop will be March 3 at a location to be determined and will focus on vehicle management and transportation and will provide ample opportunity for public discussion."
