The plans show the exterior layout of a supermarket planned for 2408 Lincoln Avenue.

The above plans were filed with the county for the .

The plans do not reveal who will operate the supermarket and county officials have told Patch they do not know.  Patch has been so far unable to reach the owner of the lot.

Richard Claghorn, of the Department of Regional Planning, noted that the above plans are not the final version of the plan: several minor changes have been made since the above drafts, but Claghorn did not have a digital copy of the final version.

However, he said, the layout of the parking lots, entrances and store were not changed in the final version: the changes pertain to  things like "adding railings, bollards, ADA path of travel, new transformer, trash compactor, changes to the interior and some façade changes."

The above plan shows that the supermarket's front will be facing towards Figueroa, rather than the more busy Lincoln Avenue side.  The parking lot would have entrances on both streets, but the lot would be visible from Figueroa, not Lincoln.
