Updated Missing Bipolar Woman Found

Updated: Liao was found at a fast food restaurant in Temple City, according to police.

Original: Police are seeking the public's help in finding a vulnerable missing woman they say suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Peggy Liao was last seen at 9 a.m. on Tuesday leaving the Carl's Jr. at 165 E. Duarte Road on foot. She is described as a 54-year-old Asian woman who is 5-foot-4 and weighs approximately 160 pounds.

She has black hair and brown eyes.
