An Arcadia man pleaded not guilty Friday to attempted murder charges in the stabbing of his wife, District Attorney's Office officials said Monday. Steve Oang, 48, in the abdomen July 2 following a domestic dispute that took place at the couple's Hempstead Avenue home shortly after 5:30 a.m. She was listed in stable condition at days following the incident; the 43-year-old's current condition is unknown. Oang will appear again at the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse in Pasadena on July 27 for a preliminary hearing setting, court officials said. County jail records show he is being held in jail in lieu of $1.5 million bail.
