7-Eleven at Maine and Los Angeles Wants Longer Alcohol Selling Hours
The issue will be heard at Wednesday night's Planning Commission meeting.

Representatives of the 7-Eleven located at the northeast intersection of Maine and Los Angeles want to extend their hours of selling beer and wine at the store.
Currently, the store can sell up until midnight, from 6 a.m. to that point. Â The store representatives have applied for a permit that would allow them to sell until 2 a.m.
The issue will be heard at Wednesday's night's Planning Commission meeting, which starts 7 p.m. at City Hall.
City staff have checked with police in the issue, who have described the area as not prone to high levels of crime, according to the city's staff report.
