Health Fair and Free Electronics Recycling This Saturday
Take advantage of two important events offered to Baldwin Park residents at Park Plaza and Morgan Park
This Saturday, residents of Baldwin Park can take advantage of two important events. A Health and Nutrition Fair will be held in the parking lot of the Park Plaza Shopping Center, where various medical services and nutrition information will be offered for free to residents of the city.
The second event will take place a few blocks from . Residents will be able to drop off old television sets, batteries, computers, cellular phones and other items, free of cost, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Health Fair is taking place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will include blood pressure exams, glucose measurements and Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements, among other free services. There will be raffles and prizes, according to the organizers.
