Love Letter To Mom: Happy Mother's Day, Claudia Flores

BALDWIN PARK, CA — She's the one that loved you first, but mom is much more than that. She’s a friend, a teacher, a counselor, a shoulder to cry on — and maybe one of the toughest women you’ve ever met.

We asked Patch readers in more than 1,000 communities to tell us what their moms mean to them. Nearly 200 people responded, paying tribute not just to moms but sometimes to grandmas, sisters and daughters who deserve recognition for Mother’s Day 2021.

Dear mom and thank you for being there for me. Thank you for being YOU and supporting me in every way. Thank you for raising me by yourself and not leaving my side. Thank you for being there for me through the toughest times. I know that I don't say I love you a lot to you but I do. I am sorry I make you a bit stressed but I guess that's what I am made for lol:). Thank you for all the things and for spoiling the heck out of me with all the things you get me.
