Woman Killed by Utility Truck in West Covina ID'd
Virginia Pritchard, 83, was found trapped beneath the dual rear wheels of the truck and was pronounced dead at the scene.

WEST COVINA, CA - Authorities on Friday identified a woman fatally struck by a utility truck in West Covina.
Firefighters responded about 1:05 p.m. Thursday to a call of a vehicle- versus-pedestrian crash in the 2900 block of Eastland Center Drive, according to West Covina Fire Department Assistant Chief Mike Fountain.
The woman, identified by the coroner's office as 83-year-old Virginia Pritchard, was found trapped beneath the dual rear wheels of the truck and she was pronounced dead at the scene, Fountain said. Her home town was not known.
