Bus Collision Injures 2 In Banning

Emergency responders rushed to the scene at Wilson Street and Falling Leaf Lane in Banning on Thursday.

BANNING, CA — Cal Fire/Riverside County Firefighters arrived at the scene of a bus crash in Banning, Thursday afternoon, where at least two people were injured, officials say.

Shortly after 2 p.m., firefighters arrived at Wilson Street and Falling Leaf Lane in Banning, where three vehicles had collided, including a car, a truck, and a bus.

"Two patients suffered minor injuries were transferred by ground ambulance to a local area hospital," a Cal Fire spokesperson said. "One patient refused further evaluation."

No one on the bus was injured, according to authorities. No other information was immediately available.
