Historical Society: Update on Renovation of Beaumont's Historic Stewart Park

Beaumont Community Services Director Doug Story will provide an update on the renovation of Beaumont’s historic Stewart Park on Thursday, Jan. 8., 6:30 p.m., hosted by the San Gorgonio Pass Historical Society. The two-phase makeover of the park has paused due to the requirements of a federal grant. A short history of the park and the pioneer Stewart family’s role in establishing it decades ago will also be presented. The event is free, and all are welcome. Location: Beaumont Woman's Club Community Center, 306 E. 6th St., Beaumont.
