Shooter On Interstate 215 Hits Woman Driving In San Bernardino County
A bullet went through the woman's driver's side door and struck her in the left leg, the CHP reported.

SAN BERNARDINO, CA — A woman driving on southbound Interstate 215 late Wednesday night was struck by gunfire, and the California Highway Patrol is seeking witnesses.
According to the state agency, the woman was driving a black Honda in the freeway's #4 lane when a white vehicle drove up next to her left side.
Someone in the suspect vehicle fired one round. The bullet went through the woman's driver's side door and struck her in the left leg, the CHP reported. Her identity and the extent of her injury were not released.

No witnesses had come forward as of Thursday morning and no further details about the suspect(s) were available, according to the CHP. The make and model of the suspect vehicle were also unknown, the agency reported.
