Boston Marathon 2013 Explosion: Boston Police Confirm 2 Dead, 23 Injured
According to the marathon's official site, there is one runner from Belmont and four from San Carlos competing in today's race. Boston police are telling people to stay off their phones as they "could trigger an explosion."
