Cipriani Neighborhood Without Water Sunday Morning
A water main break occurred early Sunday morning.

According to Belmont police, a water main break in the Cipriani neighborhood has temporarily shut water off to customers in the area Sunday morning.
Police say emergency crews from the city and Mid-Peninsula Water District are at the site attempting to repair the break. Details on the exact location or the number of homes affected were not immediately available.
A Patch reader sent a Facebook message saying her water has been off since 3:00 a.m. Sunday, and that drilling could be heard in the area near Fire Station 15, which is under construction.
Calls to Mid-Peninsula Water District were rerouted to the Belmont Police Department.
