Sunday Morning Softball Anyone?
Teams from six elementary schools will face off Sunday morning in a softball tournament that does double-duty as a fundraiser for School-Force.

For all those Belmont and Redwood Shores parents out there who are tired of sitting on the sidelines while the kids play, Fox dad Michael Dell'Aquila has just the ticket.
Dell'Aquila has organized a six-team parent softball tournament on Sunday morning that not only gives moms and dads a chance to strut their stuff (after all, where do you think the kids learned how to play short-stop and steal home?) AND raise a few bucks for School-Force.
This Sunday morning (Nov. 17), six teams will meet for a tournament featuring teams from Central, Fox, Cipriani, Nesbit, Redwood Shores and Sandpiper elementary schools.
Games will start at 8:30 a.m. at the Belmont Sports Complex and Nesbit Elementary School.
"This year Central, Fox, Cipriani, Nesbit, Redwood Shores Elementary and Sandpiper are competing for Softball supremacy," said Dell'Aquila, who has organized tournaments for the past several years.
The tournament will serve as a fundraiser for School-Force, the education foundation for the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District.
Parents interested in playing should show up at the field by 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
