Then and Now: Father and Daughter Make Tree Lighting Annual Tradition

The first shot on the left was taken by a local news photographer at Rebecca's first lighting in 2005 when she was just an infant, the second photo was taken Monday night at the 2013 lighting ceremony.

Rebecca, a third grader, at Notre Dame Elementary sang in the chorus with her classmates as part of the evening's festivities. 

Rebecca's mom Nicola and twin sister Olivia looked on as Rebecca and Rick re-enacted the photo taken on the very same spot eight years ago. 

The Bennions, who live within walking distance of the shopping center, say they've made the tree lighting an annual family tradition.
