High Tide at Alamitos Bay and First Street
The sea lapped against the concrete retaining wall that separates Bayshore Avenue from Mother Nature as morning rolled by and the ocean ebbed.
It was hard to clear the Second Street bridge Thursday morning and a couple of kayakers decided to turn around instead. A beautiful, peacefully quiet scene.
