
Molina Healthcare, a Medicaid coverage provider, has closed a $158 million sale and leaseback of its Long Beach corporate headquarters, it announced Monday.
Bought in 2011, the shimmery glass corporate office (formerly known to some as the ARCO towers) has two connected 14-story office towers on about five acres of land that also includes subsidiary Molina Health Care of California, BloombergBusinessweek.com reported.
Shares of Molina Healthcare Inc. gained 57 cents to $37.56 in morning trading, BloombergBusinessweek reported. Read more here.
