And They're Off! Brentwood Preps for Marathon Sunday
The runners are a-comin' down San Vicente, and people are getting ready.
Restaurants are gearing up for the crowds, volunteers are gearing up to help from the sidelines and anxious locals are scanning maps to see where they can and can't go as the LA Marathon takes a lap down San Vicente Boulevard on Sunday.
Ginger Williams, Director of Community Relations for LAMarathon.com, was emphatic in reaching out to neighbors at a recent meeting.
"We want you to be involved," she said.
