New Pizza Joint Coming to San Vicente

Fresh Brothers could be coming to Brentwood in late August, according the Southern California pizza chain's Facebook page.

The pizza joint recently began construction at its new location on San Vicente Boulevard and Gorham Avenue, across from Peet's Coffee (See attached photo).

Fresh Brothers operates in six other cities, including Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Marina del Rey, Beverly Hills, Calabasas and Westlake Village, and has set a goal to open 100 stores in the future, co-founder Debbie Goldberg wrote in an email to Patch.

In the short term, however, the chain is looking at some 39 locations to open in the next two years, Grub Street LA reported. Having partnered with Michael Greenberg, president of Skechers USA, Fresh Brothers is anticipating a quick expansion.

The business does well, raking in an estimated $1.5 million per store, above the $700,000-$900,000 range that large pizza chains pull in per unit annually, Nation's Restaurant News reported.
