Paper Pelter Perplexes Police; Perp Remains at Large

West Los Angeles LAPD's crime report is short and weird.

As far as the LAPD is concerned, he was a one-head, two-arm flying of piece of paper pelter, and he's still out there in the community.

's , in his weekly emailed report, was terse in his description of the incident:

On the evening of March 6, a Sunday, at little after 8 p.m., "suspect threw a piece of paper at victim," he wrote.

That was the highlight for a week in which crime not only took a holiday, it left for a sabbatical.  Very quiet on the Brentwod front.
