Quiet Week in Brentwood As Rain Washes Crooks Away

Pouring rain and lots of crime just don't play together nicely.

Last week's cold wind and heavy rain not only soaked the and , they also discouraged criminals from from plying their trade locally.

The standout item from last week's crime report for Brentwood  was  vehicle theft. Two pickup trucks were stolen.

Senior Lead Officer Phillip Enbody also reported a sharp-eyed thief stole cash and an iPod from an unlocked car.
