Sunset Off-Ramp Abutment & Wall Footing Excavation

As part of the northbound I-405 Sunset Boulevard off-ramp reconstruction, Metro will be conducting excavation for an abutment and retaining wall footing, from Friday, Aug. 2 to Friday, Aug. 23.

Work hours are 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. at night and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the daytime.

This work will utilize a full Sepulveda Boulevard nighttime closure from Montana Avenue to Church Ln/Ovada Place. Detour route is Beverly Glen Boulevard, accessible from Wilshire Boulevrd on the south and from Mulholland Drive on the north.

Northbound I-405 Sunset Boulevard on-ramp will be closed 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Northbound I-405 lanes #4 and #5 will be closed, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., from Montana Avenue to Sunset Boulevard.

Sepulveda Boulevard will be reduced to one lane in each direction in the daytime, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
