Traffic Backed Up On Barrington As Tree Removal Continues

City workers in hardhats were hard at work Tuesday afternoon taking down the tree next to the post office that split .

Northbound motorists on Barrington were restricted to one lane as a safety precaution.

Traffic was backed up in Brentwood Village as a worker in a cherry-picker carefully sawed limbs off the tree while other workers filled trucks with splintered branches.
