4 Displaced In Burlingame Fire
Firefighters from Cal Fire and multiple other departments responded to a large residential fire in Burlingame Hills on Saturday morning.
BURLINGAME, CA — Firefighters from Cal Fire and multiple other departments responded to a large residential fire in Burlingame Hills on Saturday morning.
Four people were displaced by the fire, which broke out at about 6 a.m., according to a post on X from Cal Fire.
Cardboard boxes burning inside the residence on Canyon Road produced heavy smoke, which prompted the response by San Mateo County firefighters, along with firefighters from the San Bruno Fire Department, South San Francisco Fire Department, San Bruno Fire Department and Central County Fire Department.

Firefighters were on scene for several hours trying to contain the flames.
No injuries were reported. The cause is under investigation.
