Family of Missing Woman Offers $20K Reward

Search still on for 26-year-old San Mateo resident Michelle Le.

The family of a San Mateo resident who  is now offering a $20,000 reward for her return, according to several reports.

Michelle Hoang Thi Le, 26, was last seen Friday evening at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Hayward, where she was taking a class, police said. Le reportedly told classmates she was planning to drive to Reno after that class, but left during a break and didn’t return.

Police found her locked car parked a few blocks from the hospital and have not been able to reach her by calling her cell phone.

Police said the nursing class is part of a course Le is enrolled in with Samuel Merritt University. She is enrolled in the , according to a friend.

Le is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call Hayward police at 510-293-7000.
