Man Arrested In Connection With Burlingame Residential Burglary

The man also led police on a short pursuit and evaded them in the vehicle following a burglary earlier in the morning, police said.

BURLINGAME, CA — A San Francisco man was arrested in San Mateo in connection with a Burlingame residential burglary and a stolen vehicle on Tuesday morning.

Justin Adams, 34, was also accused of leading Burlingame police on a short pursuit and evading them in the vehicle following a burglary earlier in the morning.

Surveillance footage from a motel where the vehicle was located in the area of North Bayshore Boulevard and Monte Diablo Avenue revealed that a male subject drove it onto the property and entered a room registered to a female subject., according to San Mateo police.

Adams was identified as a parolee and officers also found ammunition and a ghost gun on the woman, who was cited.

Burlingame police confirmed that Adams was the suspect in the residential burglary. He was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, theft with a prior conviction and possession of a controlled substance with first degree burglary charges pending. Adams was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
