Police Blotter: Apartment Trespasser, Chemical Spill and More

Sunday, April 29

12:13 a.m. loud music was reported on the 1100 block of Broadway. The music was reportedly being turned up and down.

2:34 a.m. A resident on the 1500 block of Howard Avenue heard noise on the roof. It was determined to be a raccoon.

2:58 p.m. There was a small chemical spill on the 2400 block of Hale Drive.

Monday, April 30

8:12 a.m. A gray Mitsubishi was stolen overnight on the 1100 block of Paloma Avenue.

5:39 p.m. A man at the bus stop at El Camino Real and Howard Avenue was screaming at passing motorists. 

10:54 p.m. A resident reported an unknown person opened her front door on the 1500 block of Vancouver Avenue and then closed it. The resident said the front door was locked, but no one was seen.

Tuesday, May 1

9:05 a.m. Camera equipment was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 100 block of Bancroft Road.

10:32 a.m. There was a report of a male drinking beer by the school on the 700 block of Paloma Avenue.

11:39 p.m. A resident on the 2200 block of Davis Drive heard a sound like that of a ladder being moved on the side of the house. There were no signs of a disturbance.

Wednesday, May 2

6:06 p.m. A juvenile was trespassing at an apartment complex pool on the 1000 block of Carolan Avenue.

7:40 p.m. A resident reported a suspicious man peering over a wall at a residence at Easton Drive, Jackling Drive and Vancouver Avenue. The man was wearing black pants and an orange and yellow jacket.

7:42 p.m. Juveniles were making noise on the street on the 1200 block of Paloma Avenue.
