Police Blotter: Man Walking in Circles and Traffic Sign Vandalism

Wednesday, March 14

12:46 a.m. An officer tended to an unoccupied vehicle found with its door open on the 400 block of Marin Drive. All appeared alright.

3:24 a.m. A suspicious person was reportedly walking around the stairwell of an apartment on the 1000 block of Carolan Avenue.

11:43 a.m. There was a report of two dogs off leash at Crescent Avenue and Howard Avenue.

12:14 p.m. A traffic sign was knocked down on the 200 block of California Drive.

2:56 p.m. A group of people was causing a disturbance on the 400 block of Primrose Road.

Thursday, March 15

12:25 a.m. Four juveniles were hanging out and talking on the 1500 block of Cortez Avenue. They were identified and sent on their way.

1:15 a.m. A driver reported seeing a tan Mercedes run a stop sign at Adeline Drive and Columbus Avenue. The Mercedes was located, but was unoccupied.

8:49 a.m. Someone reported a man walking in circles near the 100 block of Crescent Avenue. He was gone when police arrived.

11:37 a.m. A man was selling citrus cleaning products on the 1100 block of Broadway without a permit.

3:14 p.m. A woman reported she picked up her ring at a jeweler on the 1300 block of Burlingame Avenue and claimed there was a different stone in it.

6:12 p.m. A resident reported a man looking into his home while he was on the phone on the 400 block of Bayswater Avenue.
