  • The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers Monday.
  • Fall auditions for the Peninsula Girls Chorus are happening Monday at 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at . The auditons are open to girls 6 through 16.
  • Burlingame Elementary School District students return to the classroom Tuesday.
  • As the children return to school, the Burlingame Elementary School District board members return to their meetings. A school board meeting will be held Tuesday in the district administration office.
  • On Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Lane Community Room Burlingame residents can learn about the Mills family during a lecture by Joanne Garrison titled Peninsula Royalty: The Story of the Mills Family.
  • Residents can learn more about home energy upgrade rebates of up to $8,000 during a Wednesday workshop at 7 p.m. at the Recreation Center.
  • Confused about college admission? The library hosts College Admissions 101 on Saturday.
  • On Saturday at 10 a.m. in Washington Park, dogs will parade during the first , benefitting the American Cancer Society.
