  • Like every Tuesday is July, the Burlingame Public Library is holding family fun night at 7 p.m.  This week features Fratello Marionette's show "The Frog Prince."
  • The Beautification Commission meets at its new time Thursday, 6:30 p.m. in City Hall.
  • On Thursday, Irene Preston of Preston’s Candies will host a local chocolate tasting in the Lane Community Room of the Burlingame Public Library beginning at 7 p.m. Learn about Preston’s and sample some chocolate treats.
  • The Peninsula Cities Consortium meets on Friday at 8:15 in the Atherton Council Chambers. Go to learn the latest of High Speed Rail and Burlingame’s stance on the issues.
  • The final Harry Potter movie won’t be released until July 15, but the Burlingame Library is too excited to wait. The library is putting on a Harry Potter party Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Music in the Park continues Sunday with Blue Tuesday, playing classic rock, blues and Americana. Don't miss a single show in this summer series.
  • Should Burlingame ban leaf blowers? That is the question the City is asking residents this July. Take the survey posted on the Burlingame website to let your voice be heard.
