An Oakview man was behind bars on suspicion of possessing stolen credit cards and a stolen vehicle. David Allan Geise, 35, was arrested March 9 following a traffic stop by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy on the eastboudn 101 Freeway at Mulholland Drive in Calabasas, according to the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station. Geise is being held in lieu of $35,000 bail and is next due in court on April 3, according to jail records. He is accused of stealing a Ford 1998 Expedition and possessing a wallet, three credit cards, a check book and other items that did not belong to him. The owner of the truck, who lives in Ojai, said he was awoken by dogs parking at 1:30 a.m., but that he did not check the driveway.
