CALABASAS, CA — Thanks to Special Olympics Southern California, this gorgeous Calabasas home could be yours for $150.

Special Olympics Southern California started their 13th annual Dream Big Raffle and its chock full of insane prizes like luxury cars, diamond earrings, an electric bike, trips to Monaco and Paris and more. Every raffle ticket has a one in 20 chance of winning one of the 3,000 prizes, according to the organization.

The grand prize this year is a 6,500 square foot home in Calabasas, with gorgeous canyon views, a pool with a detached pool house and tons of outdoor entertaining space. The home sits on a 2-acre property and is designed like a modern farmhouse with tons of natural light.

The winner of the house will be chosen from a raffle drawing on June 10. Raffle tickets sell for $150 each and there is no limit on how many tickets any individual can purchase except availability, according to the organization.

Want to make your chances even better? There are deals on ticket packages and add-on tickets on the organization's website. Tickets must be purchased by May 20 to be entered in the grand prize drawing, according to the organization's website.

Before June 10 the organization will host weekly drawings and two other major drawings. For more information on raffle tickets and prizes, visit the Dream Big Raffle website.

All the ticket sale profits will benefit Special Olympics Southern California, one of 52 Special Olympics, Inc. chapters in the United States. Special Olympics Southern California runs year round sports programs for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, according to the organization's website.

"We want to make sure that we help [our athletes] build confidence, lead healthy lifestyles, and live independently as well. So it's exciting to have this opportunity to create those resources so that we can fulfill that mission," Special Olympics Southern California President and CEO Calvin Lyons told FOX Los Angeles.
