A.E. Wright Middle School Hosts Vaccine Clinic For Kids 5-11
On Saturday, LVUSD is sponsoring a clinic to give out the first dose of Pfizer's vaccine for children 5-11.
CALABASAS, CA — The Las Virgenes Unified School District is hosting a vaccine clinic Saturday at A.E. Wright Middle School for LVUSD students aged 5-11.
Appointments can be scheduled at healthcheck.lvusd.org. After scheduling, a link will be sent to online registration and consent forms, which are required for the clinic. Parents and guardians are also asked to bring a copy of the student’s insurance card.
Appointments for the second shot will be made for Dec. 4.

Parents and guardians can also book COVID-19 testing appointments at any LVUSD site through healthcheck.lvusd.org.
