Ex-Warner Bros. CEO Lists 19-Acre Calabasas Ranch For $25M

CALABASAS, CA – Former Warner Bros. co-CEO Bob Daly is selling his sprawling Calabasas horse ranch.

The asking price? $24.95 million. And co-listing agent Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency it’s a rare find: Ranches in the area turn over infrequently, especially ones of this size (19 acres); and it's just a 10-minute drive to Malibu.

“I don’t know if you could duplicate it for that price,” he told the Wall Street Journal.

Visitors enter the property – known as Oaktree Ranch – through a gate and down a winding road flanked by oak trees. The main house, designed by noted architect Mark Rios, and the guesthouse boast a total of five bedrooms, eight baths and a gym, according to the listing.

Outside there’s a pool, tennis court, eight-horse stable with manager’s office, two corrals, a chicken coop, a pigeon coop as well as goats, ducks and ponies.
