Gelson’s To Host Hiring Event In Calabasas

CALABASAS, CA — A Southland-based supermarket is gearing up to hire hundreds of new people for dozens of positions next month.

Gelsons, which operates 27 full-service grocery stores across Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange Counties will host a job fair in early April.

At the Calabasas location, the store is looking to hire 22 people for the following positions:

• Checker
• Clerks Helper
• Floral Clerk
• Floral Designer
• Grocery Clerk
• Liquor Clerk
• Regular Deli Clerk
• Meat Clerk
• Meat Cutter
• Meat Clerk
• 2 Porters
• Produce Clerk
• Gelson's Kitchen Production Team Member
• Assistant Service Deli Manager
• Dishwasher
• Gelson's Kitchen Counter Employee
• Gourmet Salad Chef
• Hot Food Chef
• Wolfgang Puck Chef
• Dishwasher

The hiring event is set for April 6 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Applicants should check in at the front desk to be directed to the job fair.
