Madonna Relists Her Hidden Hills Mansion At A Discount: Report

The pop icon unsuccessfully tried to sell the nine-bedroom property last year for almost $26 million.

HIDDEN HILLS, CA — After unsuccessfully trying to sell her nine-bedroom, 11-bath mansion last year, Madonna has resisted her Hidden Hills property at a discounted price: $23.5 million.

Realtor.com reported that the pop icon listed the house last year for almost $26 million. She bought the property from another musician, The Weekend, in 2021 for $19.3 million.

The 12,547-square-foot house sits on three acres and is situated at the end of an olive tree-lined driveway. Amenities include an indoor-outdoor bar, glass wine cellar, chefs kitchen, home theater and music lounge. There's also a barn, which features a newly built gym and dance/pilates studio.

The resort-style features continue outside, where there's a zero-edge saltwater pool, large hot tub, outdoor kitchen and basketball court, according to the listing on The Beverly Hills Estates website.

Hidden Hills is prized for its rural setting and privacy — located some 20 miles from Hollywood, the city's residential area is completely gated and watched over by security guards.
