Blotter: Drunk Arguments and Tire Slashings in Capitola
Intoxicated men in fights were the largest problems Tuesday.

The following calls were reported to Capitola police for Tuesday, Nov. 16:
5:41 p.m.: A man slashed his friend's tire on the 600 block of Oak Drive after the two got into an argument. The man admitted to the tire slashing and offered to buy his friend a new one.
9:46 p.m.: Officers arrested a man for vandalism and public intoxication on the 200 block of Esplanade.

11:14 p.m.: Officers responded to calls of a fight on corner of 41st Avenue and Capitola Road. Two men were arrested for public intoxication.
