Santa Cruz County sheriff's investigators are asking residents for help in solving a possible case of arson.

SANTA CRUZ - Santa Cruz County sheriff's investigators are asking residents for help in solving a possible case of arson.
On Monday night, May 9 the sheriff's office says it responded to a vehicle fire on Portola Drive near 19th Avenue, working alongside Central Fire.
Authorities say the fire was quickly put out, but the vehicle received damage near the gas tank and trunk areas.

Santa Cruz County sheriff's officers are investigating the fire as a potential arson, but say they have few leads, and are asking local residents for help.
