CERRITOS, CA -- Parts of Cerritos were without power Tuesday morning after a crash knocked down power lines, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported.The crash happened around 11:20 a.m. at the corner of 193rd Street and Bechard Avenue, according to a sheriff's department tweet. The crash knocked out power to 1,414 customers, according to Southern California Edison.SCE estimates that power will be fully restored by around 12:30 p.m.There was a planned outage in the other side of town. About 500 customers were affected by that outage and power is expected to be restored by 8 p.m. Tuesday, SCE said.--Photos courtesy of Joe Garlick
