The shows originally scheduled for August 6 and August 20 have been canceled due to touring conflicts.

Shows by The Band From TV and a double dose of Burnham & Jasmine V originally scheduled for August 6 and August 20, respectively, have been canceled due to scheduling conflicts, the announced today.

The Band from TV is a collection of television stars performing a variety of Rock classics. Members of the supergroup included drummer Greg Grunberg (Love Bites), guitarist Adrian Pasdar (Heroes), guitarist James Denton (Desperate Housewives), keyboardist Scott Grimes (E.R.), singer Bob Guiney (The Bachelor), and violinist Jesse Spencer (House M.D.). The August 6 performance would have also included special guest vocalist Teri Hatcher, who won a 2005 "Best Actress" Golden Globe for her role on Desperate Housewives, according to the CCPA.

Tween audiences will be disappointed to hear Burnham & Jasmine V will no longer be appearing at the CCPA in late August. The teenage talents were slated to shake up the stage with Hip Hop forces JDrew and Young Jinsu, who have shared the stage with Bow Wow and the Wu Tang Clan. Jasmine V is a dynamic pop singer with a budding acting career. She has appeared in That's So Raven, My Wife and Kids, and music videos for Kanye West and Pop Rocker Frankie J.
