CHP: Big Rig Veers into Citrus Heights Man's Car, Flees the Scene

A 36-year-old Citrus Heights man was nearly run off the road by a big rig near Davis early Monday morning. 

Corneilus Ray Hulman, of Citrus Heights was driving a 2012 Chevy Malibu on westbound I-80, just east of CR-32A, according to California Highway Patrol:

"Hulman was traveling directly to the right of an unknown big rig, when it began to change lanes to the right.  Hulman was unable to move or stop before the right side of the big rig collided with the left side of the Chevy.  

The traffic collision caused moderate damage to the Chevy and unknown damage to the big rig.  The unknown driver of the big rig fled the scene, following the traffic collision."
