As of February 14, 2022, the City Hall Lobby (6360 Fountain Square Drive) will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, City staff adapted to provide all services remotely and efficiently. While the City Hall lobby is back open, all services will still be offered remotely, for those who prefer phone, email, and/or web. The re-opening of the lobby coincides with a reported decrease in Sacramento County COVID-19 case rates, and is in alignment with current State and County Public Health Orders.
