City Seeks Families In Need for Annual Holiday Program

Know a deserving family that could use free meals and gifts during the upcoming holiday season? The City of Citrus Heights wants to know. 

They're partnering with the Citrus Heights Police Department for the 5th annual Holiday Referral Program, which provides meals and gifts to families less fortunate. Families are referred to the city by community members, churches, schools, service clubs — anyone. 

If a family comes to mind, let the city know. 

If you would like to participate by referring a family, donating food/gift items, adopting a family or volunteering, email holidayreferral@citrusheights.net or call 916-727-5500. In late October, applications will be available on the Citrus Heights Police Department website at www.citrusheightspd.net.
