Halloween Stores Begin Hiring in Citrus Heights

They're not saying just when the work will begin, and the gigs are temporary — but the folks at Halloween City are hiring for their stores in Roseville, Rocklin, Citrus Heights, Carmichael and Davis, including manager positions.

The business that calls itself the "costume superstore" is preparing to open 400 seasonal stores, according to its website.

The stores plan to open after Labor Day and stay open through Halloween. For just over a month, the stores take over vacant buildings and come to spooky life with masks, costumes, accessories and Halloween decor.

Spirit Halloween, which will be located in the former CVS location at Greenback Lane and Sunrise Boulevard in Citrus Heights, is also hiring for manager and sales associate positions.
