Jewelry Thieves Use Truck Stolen From Citrus Heights to Rob Tiffany & Co.
Imagine getting a call from police asking about your truck's involvement in a crime, before you had realized it was stolen. It happened to someone in Citrus Heights today when their Chevy was used to nab Tiffany & Co. jewels in Walnut Creek.

A truck stolen from Citrus Heights was used to break into the front of a Walnut Creek Tiffany & Co. store Thursday morning.
According to CBS13 news, several men used the truck to break open the front doors of the store on S. Main Street at around 5:47 a.m. Police report that witnesses saw the men run inside the store and smash open a display case, taking a small amount of jewelry.
The burglars left the scene in a white Chevy Blazer-type vehicle. The truck used to force the doors open was left behind.

CBS13 contacted Citrus Heights police find out about the truck. Officers say the truck’s owners were not aware it had been stolen when the crime happened.
