Should In-N-Out Add a Veggie Burger? A California Man Has Started a Petition
An online petition urging In-N-Out to offer vegetarian burger nears 10,000 signatures.

Using the online petition website change.org, a California man is urging the burger chain In-N-Out to tweak its menu offerings to include a vegetarian-friendly option.
The petition followed news that one of the fast food chain's beef suppliers was shut down after being accused of violating animal cruelty laws. As of Wednesday afternoon, it had 9,116 online signatures.
"In-N-Out did the right thing and said they would no longer buy from this supplier, but it's the 21st century and I think it's high time they offer a veggie burger option for customers who don't want to eat animals or just want a little diversity with an environmentally-friendly, healthier option once in a while," the petition reads.
