Saturday, Sept. 22

Farmers Market: Pick up fresh produce, farm-fresh eggs and beef, baked goods, flowers and other locally grown goodies at BeMoneySmartUSA's Farmers Market. The market runs year-round on Saturdays.
When: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays
Where: Sunrise Mall, parking lot behind Sears, 6196 Sunrise Mall, Citrus Heights

Taste of Italy: The 4th annual Taste of Italy will feature Italian food, music, a life auction and raffle prizes. The event benefits Christ the King Retreat Center's scholarship fund and facility improvements. Attendance is limited, so please register.
When: 6-9:30 p.m. Saturday
Where: Christ the King Retreat Center, 6520 Van Maren Lane in Citrus Heights
Cost: $50 per person or $90 per couple

Sunday, Sept. 23

Sunday FunDay: This 16th annual family friendly event is set for Sunday and will feature bounce houses, pony rides, rock climbing walls, live entertainment and free giveaways. Be sure to stop by our Citrus Heights Patch booth to say hi and get some free Patch swag when you sign up for our newsletter!
When: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday
Where: Rusch Park, 7801 Auburn Blvd. in Citrus Heights
